Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During new releases and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the destination, courier, customs and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs £2.95. Shipping is free on orders over £50.
Packaging
Trading cards and collectibles are packed to help protect them in transit. Depending on the product we may use protective sleeves, toploaders, bubble mailers or boxes.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. Any charges imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email dgtsoportetienda@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can put it right.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in the same condition you received it.
