How pre-orders work
Products that have not been released yet are marked with a Pre-order badge. The expected release date is shown on the product and in the product description.
Payment
Payment for a pre-order is taken at checkout, when you place your order.
Dispatch
Pre-orders are dispatched once we receive the stock, and are then processed within our normal 1–2 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are the same as for any other order, see Shipping & Returns.
Release dates can change
Release dates are set by the publishers and distributors and can occasionally move. If the date for a product you have pre-ordered changes, we will let you know by email.
Orders with pre-order and in-stock items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, please contact us if you would like to know how your order will be sent.
Changing or cancelling a pre-order
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number at dgtsoportetienda@outlook.com. We will always do our best to help before the item is dispatched.
